Child molestation arrest, conviction in Hall Co

A Hall County teenager faces child molestation charges: Timothy Rink is 17 years old, from Gainesville. The Hall County Sheriff’s Office says allegations date back to September. Another Hall County teenager, also facing child molestation allegations, is placed on an immigration hold: 18 year-old Salvador Mojica was arrested in Gainesville. In addition to child sex charges, Mojica is accused of possessing and trafficking in LSD.

A Maysville man gets a 25-year prison sentence after his conviction on child rape charges: 27 year-old Randy Brigham was arrested in April of last year on allegations involving a young girl. He was convicted and sentenced in Hall County Superior Court.

There is a long list of charges for a Dawson County man arrested in Hall County: the Hall County Sheriff’s Office says 38 year-old Robert Byrom of Dawsonville was caught with counterfeit cash; also with methamphetamine and synthetic marijuana.
