Chubb wins SEC honors as Dogs prepare for Tech

For his work against the Kentucky Wildcats, Georgia Bulldog running back Nick Chubb has been named the Southeastern Conference Offensive Player of the Week. Chubb and the Dogs close out the regular season this coming Saturday in Atlanta, taking on the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets in a noon contest that will be televised on ABC.

The College Football Playoff Committee releases another set of playoff rankings tonight. They are not expected to change much, if at all, from last week, when the Georgia Bulldogs were ranked seventh, but will still likely control their playoff destiny with wins over Georgia Tech and over Alabama or Auburn in next week’s SEC Championship Game.
