Hice introduces gun bill

Jody Hice, the Barrow County Republican who represents Athens in the US House, says he has introduced a bill that would allow members of Congress to carry firearms anywhere in the country, with the exception of the US Capitol in Washington. Hice’s bill comes after this month’s shooting at a baseball practice field in Alexandria Virginia, in which a Republican member of Congress was shot and critically wounded.
