Police blotter: cars robbed during game, man robbed in home invasion

Police say several cars were broken into in the UGA Athletics East Green Street Lot 30 during Saturday night’s football game, with stolen generators and TVs reported as fans were inside Sanford Stadium watching the Georgia Bulldogs play. University of Georgia Police are investigating.

Athens-Clarke County Police investigate a reported armed robbery, a home invasion said to have happened at an apartment complex off Epps Bridge Parkway. The victim tells police three men robbed him at gunpoint, stealing jewelry, electronics, and his car.
