Athens-Clarke County Police charge a Gwinnett County man after gunshots were fired from his vehicle on Athens’ west side. Luis Maldonado Echevarria is 24 years old, from Norcross. Police say no one was hurt when he shot his gun from his car on Westchester Drive and Mitchell Bridge Road. Charges include reckless conduct and DUI.
