She's accused of stealing more than $4,000 worth of jewelry and selling it for $200. Cynthia Fuller was booked into the Hall County jail, where bond was set at $14,000. Fuller is 58 years old, from Gainesville. Hall County Sheriff's Office investigators say stole the jewelry from her roommate, then told the roommate their home had been burglarized.

The deputies say Spiller was shot when he produced a handgun. The GBI is investigating.
