Federation forum to focus on “living wage”

The Athens Federation of Neighborhoods meets tonight, with talk about a so-called living wage on the evening agenda. The forum is set for 7:30 at Cine on West Hancock Avenue.

The Federation of Neighborhoods presents "A Living Wage in Athens" a free public forum on Monday, August 12 from 7:30-9:00pm in Ciné Lab Space. There is an evening meeting of the Athens Cultural Affairs Commission: it's a 6 o'clock session at the Lyndon House Arts Center on Hoyt Street. 

The County budget and the property tax rate are on the agenda for tonight's Oglethorpe County Commission: it's underway at 6 o'clock at the courthouse in Lexington.
