The Georgia Department of Public Health says 32 percent of adults in Athens-Clarke County are now considered fully vaccinated against coronavirus.
The figure stands at 43 percent in Oconee County.
On Monday, officials also reported that there have been more than 7.7 million coronavirus vaccines administered across Georgia, with 34 percent of the state’s adult population now considered fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
All GEMA mass vaccination sites closed last week across Georgia.
