Oconee County Sheriff’s Office warns of scam

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office says that if you have an arrest warrant out for you, you cannot buy your way out of it. They warn people not to give the number over the telephone and “just hang up” if anyone asks for that information.

We have no Zac Miller working here, and our number isn’t 501-386-1238. We also certainly wouldn’t identity ourselves with the “d word”. It’s a scam.
