Suspect arrested after two-state chase

The Hart County Sheriff's Office says a high-speed police chase that began in Anderson County South Carolina ended with a head-on collision on a highway near Hartwell. EMS was called to treat people injured in the accident; the driver of the stolen vehicle that was being chased was arrested. Collin Bryant is 23 years old, from South Carolina. He's in the Hart County jail on charges that include DUI and possession of marijuana. 

A Hall County man faces charges that include aggravated assault and reckless conduct after allegedly pointing a weapon at another man during a dispute over fireworks: the Hall County Sheriff's Office says 55 year-old Gregory Bryant was armed with a BB-rifle which the victim in the case believed to be a shotgun. No shots were fired and no injuries were reported.
