Suspect in deputy murder pleads not guilty

London Clements had an arraignment hearing Tuesday in Gainesville, pleading not guilty to a murder charge: he's accused in the shooting death of Hall County Sheriff's Deputy Nicolas Dixon, who was killed in July. 

A Hall County man gets an 11-year prison sentence, his punishment for threatening to shoot up a school: Thomas Watson of Clermont made the threat to his estranged wife, saying he was going to do the shooting at the elementary school their two children attended.

Drug agents from Franklin and Hart counties confiscated 15 pounds of marijuana when they stopped on a tour bus on I-85 in Franklin County.
