Talmo man arrested on child rape charges

A 38 year-old Talmo man is facing charges that include rape and aggravated child molestation: Fidel Guerrero was booked into the Hall County jail amid allegations that date back to early last year. He's accused of raping a girl who was, at the time, between 3 and 4 years old. 

From the Hall Co Sheriff's Office…

On February 7, 2019, Fidel Guerrero, 38, of Talmo was arrested without incident and booked in at the Hall County Jail, by Investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office during the course of an investigation.

Between January 1, 2018 and Mid July 2018, Guerrero raped an infant female child on two occasions.

At the time of the assaults the victim was 3 and 4 years old.

The victim and Guerrero were acquainted.

Investigators with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office obtained arrest warrants for Rape and Aggravated Child Molestation on February 7, 2019.

Guerrero remains in custody of the Hall County Jail with no bond set at this time.

This case remains under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office.
