Traffic notes: road closure at UGA, lane closures on 316

From the University of Georgia comes a campus construction advisory: UGA says a stretch of Cedar Street will be closing Saturday.

The work that began this week continues through this week and until August 2, with single-lane closures on Highway 316 in Barrow County: Georgia DOT crews are working on a new interchange for 316 at Carl-Bethlehem Road. It’s a $26 million project due for completion by November of 2020.
