Athens-Clarke County Police are promising stepped-up security for the event, which comes just 28 days before the November 6 elections.

Democratic candidate for Governor Stacey Abrams gets some high-profile help on the campaign trail today: she’ll be joined by Massachusetts Senator and possible 2020 presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren. They’ll stage a rally at Clayton State University.
