“Star Wars” icons, a legendary director and a child actor who made a name for himself by staying “Home Alone” join a character actor with hundreds of roles under his belt and a MCU star, to be being honored with stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame as part of the class of 2022.
The list of entertainers who will be immortalized with a star on a Hollywood sidewalk has been released and a virtual who’s who from the world of movies, television, stage and music. The honorees were chosen by the Chamber of Commerce’s Walk of Fame selection panel which includes past honorees, Variety reported.

The dates that each entertainer will receive their star have not been announced. They have two years to schedule the ceremony before the nomination expires, the Hollywood Walk of Fame said.
For Hong’s nomination, actor Daniel Dae Kim launched a GoFundMe campaign to get Hong his star. Hong, who hails from Minneapolis, Minnesota, has 672 credits in movies, television shows, short films and video games to his name, according to the fundraiser. Kim’s campaign raised more than $55,000.
