A northeast Georgia manhunt comes to a close with the arrest of Robert Huckaby: the 37 year-old fugitive had been the focus of a search that began a week ago, when he fled on foot after a traffic stop in Franklin County. Huckaby was arrested off I-85 in Franklin County. With his arrest comes the end of school lockdowns that had been in place at Franklin County’s high school and middle school.
