We have today the name of the Oconee County teenager killed in a Thursday crash on Georgia Highway 15: John Elsner was 18 years old, from Watkinsville. The Georgia State Patrol says his northbound pick-up truck swerved into a southbound lane and collided head-on with a tractor-trailer rig. The tractor-trailer driver, a man from Madison County, was hospitalized, at last report in critical condition.
