In what will be a welcome break for Thanksgiving drivers, the Georgia DOT says it is suspending most construction-related lane closures through the long holiday weekend.
There is this heads-up for drivers in Oconee County: asphalt patching on Mars Hill Road and the Oconee Connector will make for delays on this day before Thanksgiving.
