The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office says they have arrested David William Haines, 38 of Watkinsville, for rape, aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy. He was arrested late Aug. 28 and is being held in the Oconee County Jail without bond. A court appearance is pending. The investigation is ongoing.
