PAC claims state title

Jefferson, Oconee to compete for championships today and Thursday

The Prince Avenue Christian High School football team brings a state championship to Bogart: the Wolverines beat Trinity Christian 41-21 Monday afternoon in Atlanta. Prince Avenue was led by senior quarterback Brock Vandagriff, who has committed to play football with the Georgia Bulldogs.

The Jefferson Dragons play Marist for a state championship today, while the Oconee County High School Warriors face Pierce County in Thursday’s state title game.

The games are being played at Georgia State University’s Center Parc Stadium.
