Investigators in the Banks County Sheriff’s Office were, at last report, trying to track down suspects in the armed robbery of a convenience store. It happened on Highway 441 at Banks Crossing. Two suspects—a man and woman—are seen on store surveillance video.
A Gainesville man faces charges that include attempted murder: 52 year-old Christopher Rose was booked into the Hall County jail after allegedly trying to kill a woman in her home.
There were no injuries reported in a Wednesday school bus accident in Hall County: the bus slid into a ditch near Murrayville.
