Reese’s searching for America’s ‘Trick-or-Treatiest’ street

ATLANTA — Reese’s is searching for the street that goes all out for Halloween.

Officials with the candy brand say they have identified 150 streets across the country as contenders for the title of Reese’s Trick-or-Treatiest Street in America.

Reese’s says it used data on candy and costume purchases, Halloween decorations, walkability, Census data and community participation, along with input from a survey of 15,000 residents, to identify the streets.

A Halloween Council featuring Christina Ricci, Kathy Najimy and creators Rachel Iwanyszyn, Zaire Alford and Macy Blackwell are expected to help determine the winner.

The winning street is scheduled to be announced Oct. 21. The winner will receive a Reese’s-fueled Halloween block party in partnership with Zillow, officials say.
