Another reported death from COVID in Athens-Clarke County

In the daily update to the Coronavirus count, the Athens-Clarke County government posted that confirmed cases now stands a 1,665 with now 17 deaths. Oconee County also sees an uptick in confirmed cases at 378 and still 15 deaths.

The Georgia Department of Public Health Daily Status Report (https://dph.georgia.gov/covid-19-daily-status-report) confirms 17 deaths and 1,665 positive cases of COVID-19 in Athens-Clarke County as of 2:50 p.m. on July 31.
