Athens Classic Inc meets twice today

The newly formed Athens Classic organization meets twice today, one this morning and again this afternoon.

Athens Classic, Inc. will meet twice on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, first Coffee with Cops will feature speaker Officer Jeff Mack, Senior Investigator with the Athens-Clarke County Solicitor’s Office at the Hilltop Grille at West Broad Street and Old Epps Bridge Road from 7:30-9:00 a.m.  Free parking onsite.

Later the same day, the regular business meeting of Athens Classic will be at the Hilton Garden Inn, in the Magnolia Room, from 5:30-7:00 p.m., and feature appearances by James Chaffin, a non-partisan candidate for District Attorney for the Western Judicial Circuit, and currently a senior prosecutor in the District Attorney’s office.  Also joining the meeting will be Athens-Clarke County Chief of Police Cleveland Spruill.  Parking at the HGI, nearby downtown and across the street at the Athens Classic Center. Athens Classic, Inc. is a community nonprofit, nonpartisan civic organization focused in three areas of public policy - Public Safety, Public Education and Public Health.
