Georgia lawmakers will return to Atlanta today for the start of a special session on legislative and congressional redistricting. They will redraw state House and Senate and US congressional district lines based on the results of the census that was conducted last year.

Athens state Senator Bill Cowsert and Oconee County state Representative Marcus Wiedower say it is a process that could take two to three weeks to complete.
