Barrow County says Covered Bridge Road between Highway 211 and the Jackson County line is scheduled to reopen after tomorrow: the bridge maintenance work that began earlier this week is expected to be finished by Friday.
From the Barrow Co government website…
Covered Bridge RD. will be closed to through traffic from HWY. 211 NW. to the Jackson County line for bridge maintenance scheduled to begin Monday March 13th 2023 until Friday March 17th 2023. The detour route will be HWY. 211 NW. to HWY 124 N.
