With the school year in Athens now over, the Clarke County School District says its office hours will be modified: the central office on Prince Avenue will be open four days a week, 7am til 5:30pm with closures on various Mondays and Fridays through the middle of July. The regular five-day work week for staffers in Clarke County School District headquarters will resume on Monday July 17, with operating hours of 8 in the morning til 4:45 in the afternoon.

The CCSD District Office will have modified business hours over the next several weeks. Starting Tuesday, May 30, through Friday, July 14, the office will be open four days a week, from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The office will be closed on the following days:

  • Monday, May 29 (Memorial Day)
  • Friday, June 9
  • Friday, June 16
  • Monday, June 19 (Juneteenth)
  • Friday, June 30
  • Tuesday, July 4 (Independence Day)
  • Friday, July 14
