CCSD names Teachers, Support Persons of the Year

The Clarke County School District has named teachers and support person of the year at each of the District’s 23 schools: The Central Office says the District-wide winners will be named at an awards banquet scheduled for October 20 in Athens.

The Clarke County School District is excited to announce the 2022-23 Teacher of the Year and Support Person of the Year for each school. From this group, a district-wide Teacher of the Year and Support Person of the Year will be selected and announced Oct. 20 at CCSD’s Teacher of the Year and Support Person of the Year awards banquet. The district Teacher of the Year will then compete at the state level.

CCSD is pleased to again partner with the Foundation for Excellence in Public Education in Clarke County (FFE) and Georgia United Credit Union to honor these dedicated members of our team who work hard to build the fabric of our community through education and the support services they provide to our students and families.

All 45 school-level winners will be featured on CCSD’s Facebook and Instagram pages over the next month, leading up to the Oct. 20 awards banquet.
