On Saturday May 27, 2023, a male inmate was experiencing medical related issues and on duty medical staff recommended he be taken to the hospital for further treatment. Sergeant Questelles transported the male to Piedmont Athens Regional and arrived at approximately 3:57PM.

While he was being removed from restraints to provide a urine sample, he was able to push Sergeant Questelles and run towards the room door.
