NE Ga Food Bank “stuffs trucks” today

The Athens-based Food Bank of Northeast Georgia holds today its third annual Stuff the Truck event, collecting donations of food at Wal Marts in Athens, Commerce, Hartwell, and Toccoa. It starts at 3 and lasts til 7.

Help us gather food for the holidays at a Walmart near you! This year our annual Stuff The Truck event is happening on November 4 from 3:00-7:00 pm at 3 different Wal-Mart locations in Athens: Lexington Road, Epps Bridge, Atlanta Highway! Also, we will be at 3 other locations in Clayton, Toccoa, and Hart County.

There will be food, chances to meet athletes, games, and fun for the whole family! We will be handing out wish lists for items we need to help families during the holidays, and encouraging people to help out their community by donating a few much-needed items!
