Holiday activities in Watkinsville

The annual Lighting of the Christmas Tree is set for this evening in Watkinsville: activities are underway at 6 o'clock on the lawn of the Oconee State Bank branch in downtown Watkinsville. 

OCAF—the Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation—opens its annual Holiday Market today, 5 o'clock this afternoon at the OCAF Center in Watkinsville. 

Watkinsville's annual Christmas Parade steps off at 11 o'clock tomorrow morning. Maridee Williams, general manager of the Oconee Enterprise, is this year's grand marshal.
