We are on the eve of another big football weekend in Athens, with the top ranked Georgia Bulldogs hosting Number 11 Kentucky: the Dogs and Wildcats kick at 3:30 Saturday afternoon in a sold out Sanford Stadium, with national television on CBS. ESPN’s College GameDay program is back in Athens, with its broadcast starting at 9 tomorrow morning on the University of Georgia’s Myers Quad.
The University of Georgia’s Homecoming Parade, a casualty of coronavirus last year, returns tonight, stepping off at 6 o’clock this evening in downtown Athens.
