A grand jury in Jackson County hands up a 12-count indictment in the case of Alex Tredway, the teenager who is facing child molestation allegations: the 18 year-old Tredway is accused of molesting children at the Bright Beginnings daycare in Jefferson, where he had been an employee.
The state Department of Early Care and Learning has started the process of closing that daycare center in Jackson County.
