Athens-Clarke County Commissioners will spend their afternoon interviewing candidates for openings on various Athens-Clarke County boards, authorities, and committees. The interviews begin at 1 o’clock at City Hall.
City Hall is looking to fill three openings on the Oconee Rivers Greenway Commission. Application information is on the Athens-Clarke County government website. Deadline to apply is December 13.
There is an afternoon meeting of the Athens-Clarke County Airport Authority, a 3 o’clock session in the flight center at Athens-Ben Epps Airport.
Oconee County Commissioners meet this evening, 6 o’clock at the County Administrative Building on Macon Highway in Watkinsville.
This evening’s Barrow County Commission meeting gets underway at 6 o’clock at the Historic Courthouse in Winder.
