More school bells ring, UGA students prep for fall

One last weekend before next week's start of fall semester classes at the University of Georgia: UGA students begin moving into their dorms and residence halls today. Move-in continues through next Wednesday.

Time slots for residence hall move in begin at 7 a.m. for participants of Greek recruitment and other special groups, including Hunker Down with Housing volunteers and Redcoat Band. University Housing will contact eligible participants with move-in time slot information.

It is back to class in Carnesville and Canon and Lavonia: today is the first day of the new school year in Franklin County.
