The Morton Theatre will kick off its 110th Anniversary season with an evening of live music.
The Legendary Ladies of Soul & Jazz featuring Myrna Clayton will be held on Friday, Oct. 11 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are on sale now for the event: $22, balcony; $25, orchestra; and $30, VIP. Your VIP ticket includes a meet & greet with the artist after the show and a free drink in our new commemorative Morton Theatre cup. Wine, soft drinks and popcorn will be sold.
Sponsored by the Morton Theatre Corporation (MTC) and the Athens Downtown Development Authority, Atlanta songbird Myrna Clayton is performing thanks to a block grant from the Fox Theatre Institute and Georgia Presenters.
The Legendary Ladies of Soul & Jazz featuring Myrna Clayton will bring the versatile songstress and a live band to the stage singing the hits of iconic women performers, including Billie Holiday, Diana Ross, Gladys Knight, Ella Fitzgerald and Aretha Franklin.
