BARROW COUNTY, GA — The search for missing 21-year-old Erica Gibson has ended as Winder Police officials confirmed she has been found safe in Atlanta on Friday morning.
The Winder Police Department says investigators received information indicating Gibson left the park on her own Wednesday evening.
Officials previously ended ground and water search operations at Fort Yargo State Park.
Winder police officials thanked everyone who assisted with the search of Gibson.
