GAINESVILLE, GA — A wanted South Carolina murder suspect was captured in north Georgia when Gainesville police spotted the suspect as he was walking along Queen City Parkway.
Gainesville police say they’ve arrested 43-year-old William Barney Drummond without incident.
He’ll be extradited back to South Carolina where he is wanted for a murder in Oconee County, SC earlier this week.
