There are now multiple arrests stemming from last week’s discovery of a mobile methamphetamine lab in Oconee County: a man from Walton County and a woman from Alabama were arrested by authorities in Barrow County. It all began last Thursday, when Billy Joe Shealy Jr was pulled over by Oconee County Sheriff’s deputies. They say they found meth making materials in the back of his pick-up truck during the traffic stop in Watkinsville. Shealy is 22 years old, from Bishop. His 46 year-old father is from Monroe, and alleged accomplice Connie Krachinski is 47, from Pinson Alabama. The elder Shealy is also facing charges in Hall County.
