A Hall County Magistrate says the case against a former Hall County school bus driver can move forward: 38 year-old Marvin Hogan was arrested last month on child molestation allegations, incidents said to have happened between 2017 and 2019. Hogan resigned as a Hall County school bus driver on August 20.
There are DUI charges for a man in Rabun County, also a count of vehicular homicide leveled against 41 year-old Jamie Reyes: he was driving the pickup truck that crashed near Clayton earlier this week, an accident that claimed the life of Rabun County detention officer Courtney Zajdowicz.
