Over 1.4M Honda and Acura vehicles are under recall because the engine could fail.

There have been more than 400 reports of engine failures so far.

The National Transportation Safety Board says the failure of the connecting rod bearing can lead to engine damage, stalling, and potential safety risks.

The recall impacts Honda and Acura models dating back to 2016 through 2020.

Models include the Acura MDX, Acura TLX and Honda Odyssey, Pilot, and Ridgeline.
