Athens-Clarke County Police have identified the man whose body was found Tuesday afternoon in Dudley Park. Richard Sabine was 22 years old, with an Athens address. Police say he either fell or jumped from the trestle at the park near the Oconee River. His body has been taken to the GBI crime lab for an autopsy.
