DANIA BEACH, FL — Spirit Airlines is slashing flights in a desperate effort to stem losses, and it could affect how much you pay for your holiday travel.
Aviation analytics firm Cirium finds there will be nearly 11,000 fewer Spirit flights this holiday travel season compared to last year.
With Spirit flying fewer routes, it won’t put nearly as much pressure on larger airlines to cut fares.
