The preseason AP Top 25 poll was released on Monday, with the Georgia Bulldogs slotting in among the top teams in the sport.
In the first set of rankings for the 2026 season, Georgia came in at No. 3, behind Ohio State at No. 1 and Oregon at No. 2. Notre Dame is No. 4 while Texas slots in at No. 5.
Georgia came in at No. 3 in the initial Coaches Poll, which was released earlier in August.
